All the points you made in your first post have been conclusively answered in this thread already. You want a recap?

1) Most of the T2 is out and I not rich enough to catch up if I want to buy the BPO's
More BPOs will come out in the future. There are plenty of other ways to make money with which you could buy a BPO if you wanted.

2) Alot of the old 0.0 corps wont except players new players
But a lot of them ARE accepting newer players, and this would be exactly the same on a new shard anyway - there would be plenty of alliances made up from old TQ alliances that STILL wouldn't accept newer players.

3) 0.0 map is well fixed and layed out by current corps
Simply not true. The 0.0 map has always been in flux, the battles to control this space are a huge part of EVE.

4) skill points gaps are to great now
As stated so many times, your ability to succeed in EVE depends on WHAT YOU DO, not how many SPs you have. And you can always buy a 30m SP char if you want.

5) I feel Im to far behind to catch up
Your problems are only in your own head. You have a chip on your shoulder, you feel hard-done by. Sort your attitude out and you'll find points 1-4 disappear.




You know what I think this thread is really about? I think it's BPO-envy. I think you feel that because you haven't managed to get a T2 ship BPO to make you incredibly rich for no effort then the entire game is unfair. Well, tbh, yeah the T2 lottery sucks, but CCP realise this and have already promised changes for the eternally-delayed-now-expected-2008-Kali. But life isn't fair. If your enjoyment of this game can only be acheived through being mega-rich with a nice BPO then maybe you should consider if this is really the game for you?

This is like the interminable "New pvp server now blizz!" thread on the WoW forums posted by all the kiddies who wanna be the first to rank 11 or whatever on a new server and are ****ed cos some 14 yr old catass beat them to it on Bladefist. Life ain't fair, it's about more than "winning", deal with it tbh.
